Shipping policy: Items in stock ship within a day or two. Items not in stock are carefully crafted just for you, and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. No P.O. boxes, please.

Return/exchange policy: Your happiness is our biggest concern. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

One-of-a-kind policy: Because many of our items are unique, we reserve the right to offer a substitute for the closest design possible – with your approval, of course. So please provide a way to contact you.

Online color representation: We do our best to display the color and style of our products accurately. Due to variations in color monitors and acceptable variations in handcrafted production, slight variations may occur. Because of this we cannot guarantee that the products you order will be an exact color representation of what you see online, but we assure you every possible step has been taken to give the best indication.

Privacy policy: We do not sell or share your information with any third party except to facilitate your order and process payment. We preserve your contact and order information in our private database only.

Damaged shipment: In the rare instance your product should arrive damaged, you must report the damage to us within 3 days of receipt. Please return the original box and packing material and contents as required for inspection. We can only send out a replacement after the claim has been filed with the shipper.
